    Origin Series

The works in this series use the intersection of a line and a circle to create spatial forms of light using holography. They address the concept of an axis mundi as a crucible generating change.

    Threshold of a Singularity /
    A Memorial

At the edge of a black hole the event horizon defines the end point of matter, light, and life as we know it. Beyond it lies theory, imagination or beliefs. This work is a memorial to the artist's father.

The temporal aspect of this work is a water installation. The rhythm of the dripping from the glass vessel above, like slow breathing, creates the continuous patterns of expansion and contraction seen on the suspended holographic screen.
